Dov Litvinoff

Dov Litvinoff, 57, has been the mayor of the Tamar Regional Council in Israel’s Southern District since 2004. A family man with four children, Mr. Litvinoff received his BA in Multidisciplinary Studies in Social Sciences and Humanities and has a degree in marketing and hotel management. 

He also obtained a degree in physical education early on in life. Today he is chairman of many local companies and Director of Tourism of the Regional Council and a Board Member of the Dead Sea and Arava Science Center.
